We only see the transactions for merchants where we have transaction feeds, where you submit a receipt, or where you use a prepaid card. This ensures we can gather automatic cashback for you at the maximum amount of merchants. However, our customer support team can only view complete details of a single transaction at any one time time, and only when you submit an issue with missing cashback.
